Simple and timeless the mule has be adorning the feet of stylish woman for centuries but recently has been taken to a whole other level with new designs, fabrics, patterns and embellishments creating a clever twist on an old classic.

Mules are a backless shoe often close toed which can be either high heeled or flat. Originally worn by 18th century woman, a firm favorite of Marilyn Monroe and championed by Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw in the TV series Sex and The City, the mule has only increased in popularity over the years to reach the current trend witnessed today.
